These Terms & Conditions govern the Garage Culture Club Founders subscription and access to the services purchased through this site. By completing your enrolment, you accept these terms. This is a preliminary version, to be reviewed with legal advice before launch.

Service description

The Founders subscription grants access to Garage Culture Club's small-group personal training (SGT) studio, under the conditions and plans shown at enrolment. It is a recurring subscription tied to a personal account.

Price and payment

The total price, billing frequency and subscription conditions are shown clearly before you confirm payment. Payments are processed securely by Stripe — we never store your card details. There are no hidden costs: any additional payment requires your express agreement and is never pre-ticked.

Right of withdrawal (14 days)

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 consecutive days of entering into it, without giving any reason and at no cost, under Decree-Law 24/2014. To exercise it, simply notify us of your decision through an unequivocal statement (for example, by email to the address below) before that period ends; you may use the statutory withdrawal form, though it is not mandatory. If you expressly asked to start using the service during this period and then withdraw, you pay only the amount proportional to the service already provided up to that point.

Cancelling your subscription

The Founders subscription has no minimum commitment: you can cancel it at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid, keeping your access until then; there is no refund for the current period, without prejudice to the right of withdrawal described above.

Rules of use

You agree to use the facilities and services responsibly, to follow the team's instructions and the venue's internal rules, and to provide truthful information at enrolment. Access is personal and non-transferable.

Liability

Garage Culture Club is liable for the services provided as required by law. We are not liable for damage resulting from misuse of the facilities or failure to follow safety instructions. We recommend an appropriate medical check-up before starting any training programme.

Data protection

The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, in accordance with the GDPR.

Dispute resolution

In the event of a consumer dispute, you may turn to the competent alternative dispute resolution body or file a complaint in the Complaints Book (opens in a new tab).

Governing law

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. The courts of the district of Almada have jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms whenever necessary. Changes apply from the moment they are published on this page; the last-updated date indicates the version in force.
